Lunch-to-lunch with science!

Are you interested in media, film and music studies? Then this event is just right for you!

The NFDI4Culture Forum invites experts and interested parties to a two-day lunch-to-lunch event that deals with current challenges in dealing with research data. The focus will be on new perspectives on sound and image in digital and media-cultural contexts. Whether you are a student, researcher, self-employed, employed or simply interested: Listen to the content, get involved in discussions, experience research and be part of it!

Discussions will include uniform standards for metadata and the current status of tools and repositories that enable sustainable research data management. The role of metadata on film music as an interface between media and musicology will also be highlighted. In addition, the forum will offer insights into practical applications of AI and generative technologies in the music and media sector. The program is rounded off by a discussion of legal issues, such as copyright and ancillary copyrights for complex audiovisual and AI-generated content.

You can make contacts, explore labs, listen to generative music, take part in discussions and learn a lot of new things - all free of charge. You can't be there? Too bad, but no problem! You can also take part in the event online. Register in any case, places for the face-to-face event are limited!
