KIO team members - come together!
On 27.11.2024 the day had come: KIO team day! On this day, the focus was on encouraging teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. The numerous creative stations and the exciting mini-game rally not only contributed to entertainment, but also strengthened trust and team spirit. The positive feedback we received from the participants shows that this day can sustainably improve communication and cooperation in everyday life.
First things first: breakfast together! Everyone brought something with them, which resulted in a rich, hearty buffet.
After breakfast, we moved on to the creative stations: Together we worked on a large mural for the KIO hallway. Postcards were designed and bags were personalized - followed by the mini-game rally: the employees competed against each other in small groups.

THE HIGHLIGHT: KIO TOTE BAGS
At the screen printing station, all employees had the opportunity to create their own bags. We were supported by Labor Sieben, who helped us to use screen printing correctly - with a great expertise and patience. This resulted in individual and creative bag designs that are a special souvenir for everyone.
With the help of each other, individual designs were created and the sense of community was strengthened!
