Stall Walls to Art Halls

Doodles in public restrooms - we all know them. So why not turn them into art?
We’ve equipped the restrooms in our institute with picture frames - ready to be filled. Here, anything can be displayed: workshop results, handmade art, augmented realities - whatever currently moves the institute. Stay tuned, because you might be able to contribute your own piece to the exhibition!

Exhibition 2

A camera captured the artwork as it was being created and generated live visuals that responded to movement and sound, thereby extending the artwork onto the screen.

For the second exhibition, we also decided to create a collaborative artwork. On May 9, 2026, visitors gave free rein to their creativity as part of an open house. With no rules, they were free to let loose on the large sheets of paper. The experience was enhanced by an installation that filmed the sheets of paper live via camera and projected the footage. The visuals were instantly altered and generated, with the changes responding to sound and movement—creating a new dimension to the artwork!

Exhibition 1

Various materials and paints were available to create artworks during our Open House Day.

For our very first restroom exhibition, we took advantage of the Open House Day on May 17, 2025. Together with you, our visitors, we transformed large sheets of paper into collaborative artworks using a variety of media. We created, evolved, and changed these pieces together, and now they fill our picture frames.
