An inspiring start to the new year with the next round of FOMO! On January 6, we welcomed Max Kuwertz as a special guest at Bar Seven by Lui in Detmold.

FOMO – the meeting place for the creative scene in OWL! We, KIO and KCD, want to create a space where creative people can come together and learn from each other. We invite speakers from a wide range of creative industries. Come along and take a look behind the scenes of their work and their success!
In the second round of FOMO, we welcomed Max. As an art director, he combines classic design approaches with modern technologies, including AI tools and workflows. Max is primarily interested in exploring the boundaries between reality and the digital world. During the evening, he gave the visitors in Detmold exciting insights into his work.

In a cozy atmosphere, Max gave visitors plenty of insights into his projects and creative process. He talked about the use of AI in design and how new technologies can change work in creative fields. After a raffle (with the book “Spells Volume 2” as the prize!), there was an extensive Q&A session. Among other things, Max discussed his stance on AI as a freelance designer.
FOMO is a joint event series organized by KreativInstitut.OWL and Kreativ Campus Detmold e.V. As organizers, we were delighted by the huge interest in this round of FOMO. Bar Seven was completely booked out! This shows just how keen the local creative scene is to exchange ideas. We are very happy to see so many people who want to inspire each other. The evening was rounded off with a relaxed get-together – visitors were able to redeem their free drink, chat and network. We would like to thank all participants for a successful evening!
